On September 19, 2018, a delegation of the Conservative Friends of Cyprus from the United Kingdom, consisted of members of the English Parliament, former British officers and representatives of the Cypriot community in London paid an informative visit to JRCC Larnaca and “ZENON” Coordination Center.

The delegation was briefed on the Center's potentials of its role in cases of crisis and evacuation of population from Middle East countries to Cyprus and on the future programs of the Center, especially in the field of maritime surveillance.

The head of the delegation expressed his satisfaction and admiration for the Center's excellent organization and operation, its valuable contribution to humanitarian issues in the wider region, and the important role of “ZENON” Coordination Center in crisis situations in the Middle East.
