On Monday, the 7th of August 2023, the new Defense Attachι of Arab Republic of Egypt in Cyprus, Colonel Pilot Mohamed Abdelmaged, paid an official visit to JRCC, escorted by his predecessor, Colonel Sherif Salama Abd El Samad Mohamed.
The new Defense Attachθ was briefed by the Commander and Staff of JRCC on the Organization and Operation of the Center, as well as on its regional role and significance. Additionally, issues of common interest were discussed in the framework of the further development of the existing cooperation between the 2 countries in Search and Rescue related issues.
