On Thursday 26 January 2023, the Ambassador of Spain, H.E Ferran Carrion visited the JRCC.
The Spanish Ambassador was briefed by the Commander and Staff of the Center about the Organization and Operation of the JRCC, as well as its role in the Southeast Mediterranean.
Concluding his visit, H.E , expressed his satisfaction about the way the JRCC is organized and operates in general and highlighted the potential for further upgrade of the existing cooperation in SAR related matters.
