On June 1st 2018, delegation of the French Warship “DUPUY DE LOME” paid an informative visit to the Joint Coordination Center (JRCC Larnaca).

The delegation was briefed by the JRCC personnel on the organization, operation and the ongoing upgrade programs of the Center and the Search and Rescue System of the Republic of Cyprus (RoC), while the excellent cooperation between the JRCC and the French Navy, on training and operational level was highlighted.

The delegates expressed their satisfaction regarding the overall organization and operational readiness of the Search and Rescue System of the RoC.
