On Tuesday, 05 July 2022, the Commissioner for the Citizen, Mr. Panagiotis Sentonas, paid an informative visit to the JRCC's premises and was briefed by the Commander and the staff of the Centre on the organization and operation, as well as on the role of the volunteers during SAR operations. In addition, a discussion was held on the improvement of the framework of the operational utilization of the volunteers, as well as their safety during SAR operations conducted under the coordination of the JRCC.
