On Thursday, 26th April 2018, the 2nd coordinating meeting of the Multinational CIMIC Exercise ARGONAUT 2018 which deals with confrontation of Search and Rescue matters that may arise either on Passenger Ships or Aircrafts during population evacuation operations in the Eastern Mediterranean, took place at the JRCC Larnaca premises.

All Cyprus and Foreign countries state agencies involved in the 3rd Phase of the Multinational CIMIC Exercise ARGONAUT 2018 participated in the meeting that was organized and coordinated by the JRCC.

The aim of the meeting was to examine the Scenario of the Search and Rescue phase (Day and Night), to establish the timetable and to exchange views, pursuant the actual performance in the field on the 24th and 25th of May 2018.
