The JRCC Larnaca announces the completion of the SAR MISSION COORDINATOR Training Course provided to RCC Operators of Greece, Lebanon and operators from the member states of RASARAC (Regional Advisory Committee for Aircraft Accidents), executed from 17 to 20 September 2024.

The SAR Mission Coordinator Training Course is the 8th Training Course provided to RASARAC by JRCC Larnaca, proving in fact the contribution of the JRCC to the international Search and Rescue community. The training was attended by 14 representatives from Bosnia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Greece and Lebanon.

The high standard operation and the frequent training courses providing by the SAR Training Centre of JRCC Larnaca, support the effort of the RoC to be established not only as a hub for the provision of Search and Rescue services in the Eastern Mediterranean, but also as an International SAR Training Provider.
